A equidade na investigação avaliativa com foco na cooperação em Saúde para o desenvolvimento
Resumo
O objetivo do presente artigo é fazer uma síntese do conhecimento sobre a forma como o tema da equidade é abordado nas publicações sobre investigação avaliativa na cooperação para o desenvolvimento, de um ponto de vista intercultural.
O número especial do Canadian Journal of Program Evaluation, Vol 30, No 3 (2015): “Decolonizing International Development Evaluation” [1] é composto por um conjunto de sete artigos originais, dos quais consideramos cinco para a presente síntese sobre as principais questões levantadas acerca do tema da equidade na investigação avaliativa. O número especial procura realçar a relevância das dimensões cultura e contexto para a avaliação realizada na área do desenvolvimento internacional.
Uma das constatações prende-se com a existência de vários desafios para a descolonização da avaliação em contextos de desenvolvimento internacional, nomeadamente no que se refere aos parâmetros cultura e contexto.
