A promessa das condições sanitárias nas fronteiras europeias
Resumo
"Solidariedade, violência, esquecimento: os três tempos de Lesbos", uma exposição fotográfica aberta entre dezembro de 2025 e janeiro de 2026 em Lisboa, parte do exemplo de Lesbos para refletir sobre a evolução das políticas migratórias em território europeu, na última década. Nessa ilha grega, um centro destinado a pessoas em movimento teve especial destaque pelas condições sanitárias em que encerrava milhares em território europeu: o campo de Moria, em Lesbos. Após o incêndio que encerrou o seu último capítulo, a Comissão Europeia financiou cinco novos campos nas ilhas gregas, prometendo instalações adequadas que cumprissem as normas da UE. O que nos ensina esta fronteira europeia sobre o cumprimento do direito internacional ao saneamento básico?
